1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Reward Program has been specially organized for BIGGBRANDS corporate customers and their customers ( END USERS ) who participate in BIGGBRANDS corporate customers programmes.
MEMBERS spend points on BIGGBRANDS ‘ corporate customers sites or BIGGBRANDS ‘ own site and BIGGBRANDS delivers the orders to its corporate customers ‘ customers ( END USERS ).
It is corporate customers ‘ customers ( END USERS ) responsibility to read, understand and follow all of the terms and conditions both down below this paragraph and on the catalogue .
2. PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order, please note the following information about the products:
All products are limited by BIGGBRANDS ( or BIGGREWARDS ) stocks.
BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to cancel those orders the stocks of which are finished. In that case points is refunded back to the Customer.
There may be differences in the model / color / design of the items.
Products cannot be ordered with any commercial purposes. Items dispatched by BIGGBRANDS can not be exploited for any commercial purpose. In these cases, BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to cancel or edit orders in its sole discretion.
Deliveries and Delivery Addresses
Delivery address of the selected products must be within the boundaries of the Republic of Turkey.
Only home or office address information is required in the address field. BIGGBRANDS can not be held responsible for the failure to deliver to the customer the following addresses for any reason;
a) Hotels
b) Cargo agents / branches
c) Airports
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the Seller.
3. SECURITY
The security of credit card holders shopping on our site is a top priority for BIGGBRANDS. We provide you with a secure online shopping experience through our servers protected by an ICS LAB-approved firewall and high-encryption SSL certificates. During shopping on our SSL-certified site, credit card information is encrypted independently of the site using the 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and sent to the relevant bank for verification. If the card is approved, the purchase proceeds. No card information is displayed or stored by the site.
Finally, your BIGGBRANDS order and payment slip screen will appear. This screen displays the product you ordered, the payment method, the delivery date, your contact information, and the order number approved by our system.

4. IMPORTANT POINTS TO CONSIDER
Gifts/Products are subject to stock availability.
Gifts/Products cannot be converted into cash. Products cannot be ordered for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Products sent to the customer by BIGGBRANDS cannot be sold by the customer for commercial purposes under any circumstances. In such a case, BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to cancel orders and not ship them.
Product prices and credit values on our website change daily.
BIGGBRANDS may, if deemed necessary, remove some of the gifts listed in the catalog, replace existing products with others, or update the credit value of an existing gift/product. All credit earning criteria under the Active Program are determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Products are subject to stock availability. BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to cancel orders for products that are out of stock. In such cases, the customer will receive a Points/Cash refund. The POINTS, model, color, and pattern of the products in the catalog may vary. If more than one unit of the same product is ordered, BIGGBRANDS reserves the right not to ship the second unit.
The consumer rights and all related responsibilities for the gifts included in the campaign belong to the manufacturer and importer companies.
Furthermore, any changes in VAT/Excise Tax rates, as well as any changes in Tax and Customs Legislation, may result in changes in the monetary and credit values.
The products featured on the REWARD site may be subject to changes in model, color, and pattern, and/or if the gift you selected is unavailable, an equivalent product will be sent to you.
The delivery addresses for the selected gifts must be within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
BIGGBRANDS cannot be held responsible for typographical errors (in product names, prices, and features), as these have no legal binding force.
5. PRODUCT / GIFT DELIVERY (CARGO & MAIL & SMS)
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
In Turkey, all cargo deliveries are made using a code sent via SMS by the cargo company prior to delivery. This code is sent to the recipient, and when the courier arrives at the address for delivery, they ask the recipient to give them the code sent via SMS. Once the code is entered, the package is delivered. In this regard customer is expected to open the package and check it.
All recipients are responsible for opening the package to check for any missing or broken items before providing the code. If any damage / missing parts; customer must not accept the item from the cargo and should not provide the code.
DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
If there is any damage/deficit detected, customer should not accept the package but rather fill the damage / missing item form ( or report if there is no form to fill ) as the cargo courier is at the door.
Do also kindly inform our call center smiltaneously so that we can take appropriate action.
DIFFERENT PRODUCT BY MISTAKE
Likewise, if the product you requested is different with the product delivered, please return the product to the shipping person.
BIGGBRANDS will not be responsible for the packages that do not have any assessment reports or informative calls from the customer if there is any damage(s)/deficit(s) while being carried.
ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY
For the addresses outside the cargo distribution regions,( after the notification to be made by the cargo company) our customers receive their orders by going to the nearest cargo branch.
DIGITAL GIFT VOUCHERS
Digital Gift vouchers are sent to your Email/Mobile Phone addresses via Email or SMS, or both. Please check your SPAM / JUNK EMAIL folder separately and carefully. In addition, please ensure that your mobile phones are authorized to receive SMS messages from BIGGBRANDS. If this AUTHORIZATION has not been granted by you, Digital Checks / Codes will not reach you.
6. RETURN & WARRANTY & AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS
All products are under the warranty of the official manufacturer and / or authorized dealer. In the event of a malfunction after receipt of the product, customers must contact the official manufacturer or authorized dealer and / or authorized service department. For this procedure BIGGBRANDS assists the customers ( to get the products to the relevant authorized technical service.
All products offered for sale are guaranteed by the manufacturer or authorized dealer against fabrication errors.
All customers are subject to accept the Warranty & Returns & Cancellations rules
INSTALLATIONS of PRODUCTS by AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SERVICE
All installations of appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, etc.) and large electronic products (televisions, etc.) that require installation are within the scope of authorized technical service and should only be performed by authorized technical services. All products in this scope should not be unpacked by anyone other than the authorized technical service personnel.
If they are opened, the products are out of the scope of the warranty and will not be returned or changed by BIGGBRANDS or authorized dealer.
43’’ Televisions (109 cm with diagonal measurement) and under-sized televisions, the manufacturer receives an installation fee from the authorized technical service. This price is paid by the customer.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS for REMORSE
You can always return items within 14 days after you have received them. Please do not return the product without contacting us and get confirming. All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1) The request needs to be applied and accepted by BIGGBRANDS
2 ) Returns must be unused and in original box / packaging. All standard accessories must be sent complete and undamaged.
3 ) Dispatch paper receipt previously delivered with the product must be delivered to the Cargo for the product return process.
4 ) The product needs to be returned by the same used cargo courier company that has submitted the delivery to the recipient.
These terms and conditions must be abided by the members so that they can start the return process.
DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCTS
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s and importer’s warranties against manufacturing defects. Customers may apply to authorized service centers with the warranty certificate for defective products. The same procedure applies to faulty products. BIGGBRANDS provides support for DEFECTIVE and FAULTY products based on reports issued by Authorized Service Centers.
RETURNS DUE TO ADDRESS ISSUES
If intact/unopened products are returned to BIGGBRANDS due to “Recipient Not Available” or “Incomplete Address” status, the products will be reprocessed and reshipped once the customer is contacted and the new/updated address is confirmed. In such cases, the customer is responsible for a second shipping fee. If the customer cannot be reached at all, order will be canceled.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL PRODUCTS
For telephones, cameras, computers, portable and video electronic devices; the product and / or packaging package / package / cover of the product package must not be opened. The protection tape on the screen of the product should not be removed in any way. There must be no scratches, damages, bumps, liquid contact, etc. on the product display or any other part of the appliance. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
All kinds of Cosmetic Products and Personal Care Products, All kinds of software, All kinds of CPU (CPU) Program, DVD, VCD, CD and Cassette, Computer and Stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) packing box / parcel / gelatin must be unopened and in no way unused. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted
All kinds of Hygienic products (such as underwear) cannot be returned in any way.
Products that may present a health hazard or are not to be reused after opening (such as any product that requires one-to-one contact with the body during use) cannot be returned in any way.
Consumers' special wishes or products that are clearly prepared in accordance with their personal needs which are not suitable for return, are in danger of rapid deterioration or are likely to pass the expiry date cannot be returned.
All kinds of FOOD products cannot be returned in any way.
Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines cannot be returned in any way.
The products that their prices determined in the stock market or other organized markets (gold group) cannot be returned in any way.
DIGITAL GIFT VOUCHERS
Digital Gift Vouchers are bearer instruments and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
The validity period and usage conditions of Digital Gift Vouchers (e.g., valid in physical stores, valid in online stores) are specified on the respective product pages of the online reward platform. All Digital Gift Vouchers can only be used within the validity period and under the specified conditions. Once expired, they cannot be redeemed, and customers cannot claim any rights for expired Digital Gift Vouchers.Gift Vouchers (Printed and / or Digital Checks / Codes / Discount Coupons) cannot be returned in any way.
8. TRAVEL PRODUCTS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All travel products, services and experiences on Catalogue are operated and / or conducted by Biggtravel, BIGGBRANDS
- All products and services for sale must be booked through Biggtravel. Placing an order does not guarantee the availability of the product or service. Without the voucher, the facility is not obliged to service the customer.
- All travel products, services, reservations and experiences are provided in accordance with the availability of the products which is solely in the control of the product / service suppliers such as Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, Tour Organisers, etc
- Airway transportation will be determined based on availability of airlines, aircraft routes and flight status.
- Unless stated otherwise, all prices for hotel accommodations come in per person in a double room. Accomodation type (Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, All Inclusive, etc.) is stated along with the particular travel product / service. In a double room, a minimum of 2 person accomodation must be purchased.
- Please carefully review the page of the relevant travel product included in the travel services
- Compulsary travel insurance must be purchased seperately by the customers before the journey begins.
- Specified Product Prices; It is not valid for public holidays, special occasions, semester breaks, holidays, Christmas, Christmas, local festivals, congresses and fairs.
- In car rentals, the car rental company may apply minimum rental days during periods such as public holidays, special days, semester breaks, holidays, New Year's Eve, Christmas, local festivals, congresses and fairs.
- Cancellation and / or change requests that may occur after final reservations are made and the service certificate (Voucher) is issued are processed only after the approval of the relevant airline or facility and the conditions and penal conditions of the relevant airline or facility are reflected to the members.
- BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel are the go between agencies / parties for the travel services provided by each particular supplier. In this regard, neither BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel can be held responsible for the undesired situations that are not within their control such as airline or any vehicle delays, reservation cancellations, baggage losses, passport and visa problems, etc. In such cases no refund request would be met.
- BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel can be held responsible for for the undesired situations that are not within their control. BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel are the go between agencies / parties for the travel services provided by each particular supplier. In this regard, supplier companies are responsible for the safety of all serviced products.
- Customer accepts all the terms and conditions specified here.
- Unless stated otherwise, all rooms are checked in earliest at 14:00 hours and checked out latest at 12:00 hours.
- The hotel rooms are usually designed for 2 people, the added bed for the 3rd person may be smaller and less comfortable.
- Customers are expected to be at the airport 3 hours before the take off for the international flights and 2 hours before the take off for the domestic flights.
- The cost of any unused product or service will not be refunded.
- All tours depart from Istanbul otherwise stated.
- Digital codes and tickets cannot be canceled / refunded after placing an order.
- Digital codes / vouchers are processed and dispatched 3 days after orders are placed in the system.
